Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of apexwindowtints.com (the "Site") and any services booked through it, operated by Apex Auto Styling LLC, doing business as Apex Window Tinting ("Apex," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to request quotes or appointments for automotive, residential, and commercial window film and paint protection film services. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a form and not to misuse the Site.

Quotes & Appointments

Quotes requested through the Site are estimates and may be adjusted after an in-person inspection of your vehicle or property. Appointments are confirmed by phone, email, or text message, and are subject to availability.

Tinting and Paint Protection Film Risks

Window film and paint protection film are installed by hand on vehicles that may have existing damage, aftermarket parts, or factory glass that is already weakened. By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Glass and existing defects: Glass that is already cracked, chipped, or stressed may break or worsen during or after installation. Apex is not responsible for pre-existing damage, and we will note visible defects before work begins.
• Curing and appearance: Film may show small water pockets, haze, or edge lift while it cures, which can take several days or longer in cold weather. Most of these resolve during curing. Apex is not responsible for normal curing effects.
• Heat and film performance: Film can crack, bubble, or discolor if exposed to improper cleaning, aftermarket defrosters, or certain tinted-glass accessories. Performance also varies by vehicle glass, sun exposure, and conditions.
• Electronics and sensors: Film may affect some sensors, antennas, toll transponders, and GPS signals. Apex does not guarantee performance of any electronic component affected by film.
• Paint protection film: PPF reduces the risk of chips and scratches but cannot prevent all damage. Large impacts, hail, deep scratches, and damage from prior repairs may still occur. Edges and seams may lift over time, and removal can affect the underlying paint.
• Vehicle condition: Apex is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle, or for normal wear to the vehicle during the service.

Our money-back guarantee and any manufacturer warranties apply only as described at booking. They do not cover damage caused by the risks above, misuse, improper cleaning, accidents, or changes made to the vehicle by someone other than Apex.

Vehicle Legality and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for knowing and complying with all laws that apply to your vehicle, including Nevada window tint laws (NRS Chapter 484D) and any local rules. Nevada limits how dark front side windows may be, and it also limits reflectivity and windshield tint. Rules can change, and an exemption may be required in some cases.

• Apex will check the film's visible light transmission (VLT) where we can and recommend film that meets the rules, but we do not guarantee that your windows will pass any roadside or inspection test.
• If you ask us to install film that you know, or are advised, does not comply with the law, you accept responsibility for any citation, fine, required removal, or other consequences. Apex may decline any installation we believe would be unlawful.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle, your exemptions, and the film you request.
• Apex is not responsible for fines, citations, or costs related to window tint that does not comply with the law.

Pricing

Prices for film series, paint protection film packages, and residential/commercial services vary by vehicle, property, and film selection, and are confirmed at the time of quote or service.

Warranties

Film is warrantied by the manufacturer, Rogue Window Films, and installation is warrantied by Apex Window Tinting. Warranty terms are provided at the time of installation and are subject to the exclusions described in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Apex Auto Styling LLC and its owners, employees, and installers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of property left in the vehicle, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Site or our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and reimburse Apex against claims, fines, and costs that result from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of your vehicle or exemptions, or your request for film that violates the law.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will first be addressed by contacting us so we can try to resolve it informally. Any claim that cannot be resolved is subject to the courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
